Human resource management is always the top concern of businesses, because this is an indispensable process in business operation. Therefore, Rico Group’s leaders are always looking for effective human resource management methods to achieve good results. On March 11, the B.O.M team organized a HRM training workshop under the guidance of Rico Group CEO – Mr. Nguyen Van Binh in order to get the key for a strong business foundation.

During the training workshop, all members were excited and gave their own opinions on how to evaluate and manage human resources. CEO Mr Nguyen Van Binh emphasized that human resources are essential for the businesses’ success. Employee’s achievements can be an asset to a company. As branches spread to create canopy, B.O.M will play an important role in the company’s success. Good human resource management is vital for all-size businesses.

 

One question was raised during the training workshop: How could we create an organization where the pace of learning in accord with the rate of change? The answer is to regularly organize sessions training and consulting for the staff on the knowledge and skills to implement the work. The most specific example is to create conditions for employees to participate in training courses inside and outside the company; periodically check and evaluate the skills and ranks of each employee to promptly detect inadequacies and make suitable adjustments. In addition, B.O.M members and CEO agree that commendation and reward employee’s good performance is a necessary way to build good relationships between personnel and business as well as encourage them to work hard. The reward can be a salary increase, but not necessarily. BOD may also consider career opportunities and positions in the company, the recognition or positive feedback.

It can be seen that human resource training and management play an essential role in businesses in general and Rico Group in particular. Therefore, a professional management process is extremely necessary. At the end of the training workshop, all B.O.M members felt joyful and full of energy. With the acquired knowledge, all are determined to apply in practice and contribute to the company’s innovation and success.
