1974

The Beginning

The late Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ho established the first carpentry workshop in Binh Duong. The sofa sets and tea cabinets from the carpentry workshop were famous throughout the region for their European style and sophistication in every detail. The reputation of the carpentry workshop created a solid foundation for the future development of Rico Holdings.

2010

Establishment of the Group

Mr. Billy Nguyen and his shareholders have created an important milestone in history: Establishing a luxury group specializing in providing interior solutions and high-end lifestyles called Rico Holdings to build a Vietnamese heritage from traditional family values. The group’s three core member brands were initially introduced to the Vietnamese market: Bsmart, Proce, HealthyAir.
Rico Holdings’ first showroom in Hanoi plays an important role, bringing a classy shopping experience to customers and contributing to the development of the interior and lifestyle industry in Vietnam.

2011

Market expansion

Rico Holdings opened a showroom in Ho Chi Minh City, officially introducing products from member brands to customers and partners in this area. The event marked an important milestone in the process of market expansion, affirming Rico Holdings’ position in the luxury goods industry nationwide.

2016

Cooperation with international brands

Rico Holdings signed an international cooperation agreement with two famous interior equipment and accessories brands, Baumatic and Asko. This milestone officially opened a sustainable cooperative relationship between Rico Holdings and many international luxury brands on a global scale.
