In the difficult situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in Hanoi, Rico Group Chairman – Mr Nguyen Van Binh invited some “experts” on Coronavirus – who have spent time on pandemic research as well as self-disciplined in pandemic prevention seriously. They shared useful knowledge to help Rico-ers understand more about the pandemic to protect themselves, their families, colleagues and the community.<\/p>\n

After the talk on the Covid 19 pandemic, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh emphasized that the Rico-ers needed to reject pessimistic thought, both in the fight against the pandemic causing economic recession and in work. The Chairman wished that each individual needs to make more efforts to not only strengthen themselves, but also promote the company to become the best workplace in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n At the end of the talk, the main part of the event took place in a suspenseful atmosphere: The Award Ceremony for The Best Performance Employee 2019 and The Best Leader 2019. Award event this year was held on a larger scale as all employees were evaluated and had an equal chance for award. For the award \u201cThe Best Performance Rico-er 2019\u201d, there were 6 nominations and 3 first, second and third prizes. The special thing was that this year’s third prize went to two employees in two different departments: Ms. Le Thi Hanh – Administration Executive and Mr. Bui Huu Hai – Sales Executive. The second prize went to Ms. Vu Thi Lua – Accounting Department and the first prize worth VND 30,000,000 went to Ms. Than Thi Dung – Purchasing Department.<\/p>\n In addition, the award of \u201cThe Best Leader 2019\u201d with more rigorous evaluation criteria (achievements recognized by the Board of Directors, employees and colleagues) went to Ms. Vu Thi Khang Trang \u2013 Head of Purchasing Department. With proudness, Ms. Trang expressed sincere thankfulness for the high appreciation from the company’s leaders and colleagues, the encouragement from her family and shared that she would continue to dedicate her work for Rico’s success.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In the joyful atmosphere of the most excellent Rico-ers 2019 was fireworks, flowers, champagne and wishes from CEO Mr. Nguyen Van Binh. He wished the excellent personnel would become more excellent in 2020, and spread positive energy, passion and enthusiasm for work to all Rico members.
